AVOIDING DENTAL EMERGENCIES

Of course, preventing dental emergencies is the best case scenario. There are several precautions you can take to help avoid these issues.

First, never use your mouth to open or tear non-food objects. Second, wear a mouth guard or protective gear when you are playing sports or doing other strenuous physical activities. Finally, be careful when eating hard foods, taking care to avoid biting down too hard on nuts, popcorn kernels, hard candies, ice and other items.
